We like to mix all meat with Light(thin)soy sauce, seasaning soy sauce for more color and smell and some time I also pour some oyster sauce also.<BR/><BR/>If you interesting to cooking this recipe, you don't need follow all ingredients I have using. You can use what you have and cook your style.
